I had dinner with a judge last week. She had an experience similar to David Hankins, but her ballot resolved to David Kustoff's name.

I also spoke with a retired lieutenant, Stephanie Sumlar with the penal farm on Saturday. She confessed that her vote resolved to Cohen, too, but she thought what happened to her was an isolated case. Her vote was cast in a heavily, Black, Democrat precinct.

Suggestions?
